A 50% deposit is required upon ordering your custom piece. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete and ready to ship. 

Custom orders take approximately 8 weeks to complete and may vary depending the complexity of the piece. 

cancellation

For cancellations after an order begins, the deposit is nonrefundable.  

Custom pieces are non-returnable.
